The aim of our junior classes is to make Aikido as accessible as possible to all children.

We also make Aikido FUN.

Just because Aikido is a serious Martial Art for self defence, building character and uniting the world with love, it doesn't mean that it can't be FUN, FUN, FUN.

As we all know " the most wonderful thing about Aikido is that it is for everyone !!"

Child Protection Policy

Chowa Ryutsu Ryu recognises it's moral and legal obligation to fulfil a duty of care for persons under the age of 18. Sport and Aikido can provide a positive influence to children and young people. We aim to provide a safe environment for children and young people to pursue sporting goals and achievements. As the Child Proctection Officer for the KSK, Chowa Ryutsu Ryu has developed and is implementing a Child Protection Policy compatable with the British Aikido Boards Child Protection Policy and is looking to achieve the SportEngland Clubmark award.
